customers we began to see a trend. People weren’t travelling just to get some sun and sand between their toes, their reason for travelling went much deeper than that and the reasons for travel were innately personal to every traveller. Some people went to reconnect with a loved one, get their kids to experience the world not found on Tik Tok or blow their tiny minds by showing them that flamingoes aren’t make believe. Kuoni’s unique point of difference is knowledge and creating a bespoke service, our new platform of ‘it’s not where, it's why’ leveraged that distinction in a 360 campaign through social, radio, OOH and TV across the UK.
